405 Closure "Carmageddon"

Last weekend Cal Trans shutdown the 405 freeway for a weekend.  Most people prepared for the worst traffic jam imaginable however, once the closure began traffic was next to nothing the entire weekend.  Here are a few shots I took Friday night, right when they started to close it.

    GREAT shots, T. It's really eerie to see that freeway closed! Love the colorful Mulholland Bridge. Nice job on all of them really.

    Interesting photos. The one with the crash barrels and light streaks is fun, especially as you can see the flashing hazards of some vehicle that went through your frame.
